Winner of the Port Adelaide / Enfield Council Heritage Award for Adaption and Re-use.
This project comprised the refurbishment of a dilapidated 3-storey State Heritage listed building into 23 apartments for young people, 6 retail tenancies and an administration facility for apartments.
Secon provided Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Fire and ESD services.
This also included private metering system (power and water), CCTV system with 23 cameras, VRV air conditioning, metered hot, cold and rain water and window wetting sprinklers.
