Project Overview
The project objective was to provide a new main clubroom facility overlooking the oval with change rooms for male and female players. Outside the main clubroom there is tiered seating suitable for club and community events with opportunities to watch activities on the main oval.
Included in the site improvement is separate clubrooms for the Tennis and Soccer clubs with change facilities within both buildings.
As part of the overall site improvement the multipurpose use/netball courts will be upgrade, along with upgrading of cricket nets and 2 new playgrounds. Central to the overall upgrade is landscape works which ties together the whole precinct.
Secon’s design involvement includes electrical, security, audio visual, mechanical, fire, green star self-assessment, vertical transportation and hydraulic services, with a key focus on innovation and reducing running costs to the Community Clubs and Council.
