Project Overview
| We worked closely with Thomson Rossi Architects on the recently completed new Early Learning Centre and outdoor play areas for Sunrise Christian School in Marion. The new space encourages learning through play for under 5 year olds. Secon is very proud to have designed the electrical, electronic, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services for the project. The project scope of work comprised:§ New early learning centre and outdoor play spaces§ Kiss n drop island parking for the ELC§ Revised civil works for road modifications for the ELC drop off, additional carparks off Marion Road and central parking area, including line marking and landscaping. § Demolition of residence at 22 Tweed Avenue. § Civil works to the corner allotment including level site for school use, install natural grass landscaping and proprietary steel tubular fence to the perimeter. 📸 David Sievers Photography |
