“The thing I love most about Secon is that it provides an environment where staff are continually presented with opportunities for personal and professional development. Our culture is a healthy balance of high sarcasm, skill and attention to detail. Our team is one that works well together to service the local Adelaide market”

I have worked with Secon since its commencement and worked closely with all founding Directors prior to them forming Secon. With generational change and new Directors I have observed the revitalisation of the company, while the core values, approach and philosophy of the founding partners remains.
Secon provides services engineering that is tailored to client needs, expectations and vision. Secon engineers work closely with our Architects to understand our vision and to ensure the seamless integration of all services.
Port Pirie New Administration Building was a particularly good example of services integration within a complex roof form with limited roof space constrained by the framing system. Secon’s attention to detail and determination to deliver a practical and cost effective solution was evident throughout all phases.

The Weilong Stage 1A project involved the construction of a Greenfield 28,000 tonne winery on vacant land near Red Cliffs, Victoria. The $78M project was fast-tracked with a construction phase of 14 months.
Secon Consulting Engineers were involved from conceptual design, through construction to commissioning and handover. They successfully designed and documented water infrastructure, fire detection and wet fire systems for the site as well as all hydraulic, electrical and communications systems for the Administration Building.
These systems had a total constructed value of $3.4M.
We have found Secon Consulting Engineers diligent and reliable consultants on projects of all sizes: from staged, regional school developments on greenfield sites to more complex projects in inner metropolitan areas. A collaborative and knowledgeable team.
