Project Overview
Secon Consulting Engineers recently worked alongside Hardy Milazzo and Mykra on the Para Hills High School redevelopment project. The $5 million project involved several keyworks, including:
- Removal of existing transportable buildings:
- Dance studio
- Maths and science classrooms (after completion of STEM works)
- Construction of a new Performing Arts Centre
- This facility supports music, dance and drama programs
- New entry statement for building 1
- Enhancements were made to the school reception and administration entrance.
- Refurbishment of vacated spaces
- Spaces that were previously used for music and drama were refurbished for other purposes.
Secon Consulting Engineers is proud to have provided our expertise in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Communication, Security, Hydraulics, Fire Protection and Acoustic Services on this project.
The redevelopment has not only contributed to the physical transformation of the school but also enhances the overall learning environment for students and staff.
