Project Overview

The redevelopment of the existing University of South Australia Underdale Campus to a secondary catholic education school which included redeveloped (4000m2) and new buildings (6000m2). 

The school now includes administration, general learning areas, science, physics, home economics (including commercial kitchen), technical study areas, library, performing arts and canteen.

This project also included the a VRV air conditioning system with building management, heat exchangers, economy cycles, high density fast ICT infrastructure, BMS control system, VoIP telephone, 2.4km fibre cable run through the street between the secondary and primary schools, exhaust systems and dust extraction system.
