Project Overview
Awarded 5 Star Green Star accreditation by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). The Edge is an 11-storey building comprising 8 levels of office space (over 5,500m2) with 86 secure undercover car parking spaces located on King William Street in Adelaide.
The side core allows for whole tenancies, multiple floor tenancies and split floors. This also includes carpark ventilation incorporating jet fans that negated the requirement for sheet metal exhaust. The column free floors create unobstructed views to the city parklands and Adelaide hills beyond. All work areas receive natural light and enjoy the stunning views. Three levels of car parking are provided with access to lifts, secure bicycle parking, lockers and showers.
