Project Overview
A luxurious apartment development with breathtaking views of the ocean and hills on The Esplanade, Somerton park.
The development included five large apartments in excess of 240m2 each with ground, 1st and 2nd floor, including a secure under croft carpark.
Each apartment has double glazed windows and doors with automatic blind control, natural gas cooking, outdoor kitchen, fireplace and hot water, high quality fixtures and fittings, lift with access control, colour video and audio intercom, ducted air conditioning with separate controls to each room, 3 or 4 bedrooms with cinema room, ensuite to main bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms.
