Awarded the 2012 Newell Platten Award for Residential Architecture Multiple Housing.
This 7 star rated, low cost, high tech, community housing development located within the Lochiel Park Green Village precinct on the south bank of the River Torrens.
This included smart metering, solar reticulated hot, cold water and grey water systems, 24kW photovoltaic system, energy management system with load shedding and display panels in each unit.
