Project Overview
Winner of the Port Adelaide / Enfield Council Heritage Award for Adaption and Re-use.
This Ladder building is located on Commercial Road in Port Adelaide. This project comprised the refurbishment of a dilapidated 3-storey State Heritage listed building into 23 apartments for young people, 6 retail tenancies and an administration facility for apartments.
