Project Overview
This project was split into 2 stages, Stage 1 Resource Centre, Stage 2 Office. It involved the conversion of an original heritage-listed former ‘Kidman Residence’ into the school’s administration building.
Secon’s design is sympathetic to the building and conservation report.
Secon provided Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Fire and ESD services including internal lighting with occupancy control, exit and emergency lighting, power reticulation, structured cabling system, school bell, site-wide security system upgrade, combined security and fire detection with aspirated fire detection, air conditioning and toilet exhaust, sanitary pluming, hot and cold water and an aspirated fire detection system.
