Project Overview
This project involves the redevelopment of the Heritage listed Administration Building including the construction of a new 2-storey Classroom Building and a new 2-storey Science Building.
This building also includes new student service offices, finance officers, senior student area, meeting rooms, amenity areas, classrooms, breakout spaces, physic labs, chemistry labs, stem labs, food tech classes, teacher preparation rooms, science prep areas, roof platform for science experiments.
Secon provided Electrical, Electronic, Audio, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire, Vertical Transportation and ESD Services including site wide security and PA system upgrade, structured cabling with fibre backbones, access control, IP CCTV, MATV reticulation, boosted fire hydrant system, sanitary plumbing, hot and cold water reticulation, VRV air conditioning with building management system and photovoltaic design.
