Project Overview:
The construction of a new performing arts building of 750m2 with tiered seating, stage, control room, practice rooms and glass rooms.

Secon’s Role:
Secon provided Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Fire and ESD services.

The services also included a lighting control system, theatre lighting with DMX control, combined fire detection and security system, package air conditioning system with economy cycle, carbon dioxide monitoring, night purge and building management system.
