Project Overview:
This project involved the construction of a new 1,000m2 Performing Arts building and building upgrade works at the Salisbury East High School. The work included construction of new art, dance room, music, associated change rooms, and facilities, classrooms and gellery, a new link bridge to the refurbished Senior Centre for year 12 students together with a new lift to the administration building and retractable tiered seated theatre.
Secon provided Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Fire and ESD services including power supply, internal with (C-Bus) lighting control system, stage lighting with DMX control, external and site lighting, structured cabling with fibre backbones, school bell PA system, combined fire detection and security system, MATV system, audio visual design, sanitary plumbing, hot and cold water reticulation, package air conditioning system with economy cycle, carbon dioxide monitoring, night purge and building management system and toilet exhaust system.
